Reminder to those students who are assigned that there is DLR after school today in Rm. 134. We would like to welcome our special guests and fellow Brookwood MCP Teachers and students to our school as we host our first joint chapel in three years. We will be in the large gym for blocks one and two. Just a reminder to be respectful as we celebrate this morning. Happy Pride Month! Dennis Keith Rodman - Worm An American former professional basketball player, actor, and unofficial US Peace Ambassador to North Korea. Known for his fierce defensive and rebounding abilities, his biography on the official NBA website states that he is “arguably the best rebounding forward in NBA history”. He has played for the Detroit Pistons, San Antonio Spurs, Chicago Bulls, Los Angeles Lakers, and Dallas Mavericks in the NBA. He earned NBA All-Defensive First Team honors seven times and won the NBA Defensive Player of the Year Award twice. He also led the NBA in rebounds per game for a record seven consecutive years and won five NBA championships. Although to this day, Dennis Rodman’s never really announced his sexuality to the world, it’s been assumed “fluid” for quite some time. Rodman has challenged gender norms and expression, frequently wearing drag and supporting and advocating for the LGBTQ2IA+ community.
