Lunch Program

• Go to woodhaven.hotlunches.net
• Click on "Click Here to Register”
• Enter Access Code WMSHL (all in caps) 
• Complete the rest of the registration form.  (Including your e-mail address will ensure you get reminder e-mails about your child’s hot lunch order for the upcoming week)
• Click the "Register Now" button at the bottom
• Follow the instructions to add each child in your family who attends Woodhaven
• Once your child(ren) are registered, click on “Orders"
• Proceed to order hot lunch for your child(ren)

Payment for hot lunch orders will be through PayPal. You can either pay with a credit card as a PayPal guest (Visa, Mastercard or Amex) or set up your own PayPal account.

Please Note: If you experience any issues with your PayPal account, please contact PayPal directly to solve the issue.

4. Set up your user id and password
5. Follow the online instructions to order and pay. (You do not need a PayPal account to pay online. You may pay by credit card without creating an account.)

This is a fundraiser that benefits Woodhaven students. As such, please be aware that we cannot accept late orders, and there will be no refunds for student absences or field trips. If a school conflict arises after hot lunch has been ordered, hot lunch will be rescheduled to accommodate the classes affected.

If a student is absent, you may make arrangements to pick up the lunch, offer it to another student/sibling, or donate it. Unfortunately, refunds are not available. Please email woodhavenhotlunch@gmail.com by 10:30 am the morning of the lunch to provide instructions.
