Good luck to the Cross-Country Team as they head out to Entwhistle later this afternoon for today’s race. Run hard, run fast and don’t forget to have fun. Woodhaven staff and students are cheering you on!

Reminder to Junior B girls volleyball that we have a practice in the small gym today during lunch hour.

Congratulations to our Jr A volleyball teams for playing some great games last night. Our Junior A girls defeated Prescott and the junior A boys defeated STA last night in league play!

Volleyball practices after school today include the senior boys and the senior girls!

Today is Orange Shirt Day. The orange shirt taken from one child, is a symbol of the many losses experienced by thousands of students, and their families and communities, over several generations including: loss of family, language, culture, freedom, parenting, self-esteem and worth and painful experiences of abuse and neglect. Wearing an orange shirt is an affirmation of our commitment to raise awareness of the residential school experience and to ensure that every child matters as we focus on our hope for a better future.
