Chess club today at lunch in Mr. Nordstrom’s room for the first half of lunch today.

The Jr. badminton team put up a strong showing at the Woodhaven Badminton Challenge this weekend, snagging 3rd place overall. Congrats to: Kaiden and Julian (boys doubles winner), Kaiden and Alyssa (mixed doubles runner up), Serenity (girls singles runner up), Davis (boys singles third place) and Izaac and Easton (boys doubles third place). Thanks to Sarah, Josh, Tyson, Judah, Julian and David for jumping in to play a tournament with no time to practice. The team has practice tomorrow morning at 7:30 in the large gym and plays Prescott on Wednesday at 3:30.

Soccer Tryouts are today after school for all grade 6 to 9 students. Meet outside on the track at 3:15pm. If you have any questions please talk to Mrs. Stavreski, Mr. Nordstrom or Ms. Phillips! 

Our Parkland Christian Program Parents are holding a pizza hot lunch fundraiser on May 2! All orders can be made and paid for on your powerschool account at powerschool@psd.ca prior to noon on April 28th.  No Late Orders will be accepted!

Grade 7 Drama Option will be meeting in the Sewing Lab today. Please bring a Chromebook with you. 

Woodhaven Performing Arts is so excited for everyone to see “My Classmate’s an Alien” today and tomorrow before we are headed to the Drama Festival in Edson at the end of the week! Matinees are happening in the small gym during blocks 2, 4 and 6 today and tomorrow.
