Hey Teens, Looking for something interesting to do this summer? If you are 13 years old or older and you want to learn more about ways to be MIND FULL - join an expert at the Log Cabin in Central Park on Mondays from 2-4 pm, starting July 4th. You will learn ways to be more resilient and how to focus on creating strong mental health. See Mrs. Scheidl or check in at the office for more information about this FCSS program. Happy Pride Month! Tyler Gregory Okonma Professionally known as Tyler the Creator, he is an American rapper and record producer. Tyler has won 2 Grammy Awards, a BRIT Award, an MTV Video Music Award, and 3 BET Hip Hop Awards. He created the cover art for all of Odd Future’s releases, and has also designed the group’s clothing and other merchandise. In 2011, Tyler started the clothing company, Golf Wang. Okonma has been the subject of speculation regarding his sexuality and has made numerous direct references in lyrics, tweets, and interviews to having same-sex relationships or experiencing same-sex attractions. For years, people have assumed Tyler is gay or bisexual, but he’s never exactly admitted it - at least not without a joke attached to it. |
