Good luck to our senior girls' volleyball team as they start the Greystone tournament today after school. The senior girls will be playing tonight's tournament games in our gym!
Cross country runners: you need to come to Mr. Bock’s room at morning recess to make sure you have all your team gear for today’s race!!! If teachers can let runners go about two minutes before the bell, it would be extra helpful in managing this process.
Junior A practice continues tomorrow. For the Junior A boys, just: grades 6,7, and 8 are invited to practice this time.
Grade 8/9 students in the Computer Science option need to remember to bring a laptop or Chromebook to class. We will be meeting in the DLR Room (Room 133, next to the library).
Cosmetology students, please bring your Chromebooks to Mrs. Cresswell’s class this afternoon.
Attention all students in grades 7-9 looking to be a part of this year’s musical “The Little Mermaid Jr!” Auditions are NEXT WEEK! If you haven’t gotten an audition package please see Mrs. Refugia in her classroom (Rm 143) for a package ASAP. These packages are very important because they have all the songs and scenes you will be performing for your audition. Auditions start Monday after school with the vocal audition, followed by acting on Wednesday, and movement on Thursday at lunch.
This morning is our Rock Paper Scissors throwdown in block 2. This is a live-broadcast competition which means we will be video broadcasting it to each homeroom from the gym. A reminder that each homeroom needs to determine who will be representing their class in the Rock, Paper, Scissors throwdown. These representatives will be called down to the gym at 9am.
TOMORROW is our Fun in the Sun whole school activity - there will be activities and events happening both inside and outside the school on Friday afternoon, for you to participate in and celebrate being a start to the new school year and being a part of the wolfpack. During this event there will be ICE CREAM available for $2 a cup! So make sure to bring some money and grab a refreshing ice cream :)
