Congrats to this week’s winners! Please meet Mr. Chan right outside his office in the gym immediately after these morning announcements to get your prize.

There will be another draw this Friday for the free Subway meal March prize. Keep up the positive contributions to our school, Wolfpack!

Woodhaven Badminton - both the senior and junior badminton teams are reminded they have a practice today after school! Spring is in the air…can you hear the sweet sound of shuttles flying?

The Woodhaven Middle School Parents Association (WMSPA) is pleased to announce the launch of its logo design contest. Our association would like to have interested Woodhaven students participate in the creation of a unique logo that would go on our Facebook page and other social media platforms and communications. The contest will run from Wednesday, March 16th to Monday, April 4th and a winner will be chosen from all the submitted entries by the Executive of the Parents Association. The winner, who will be announced on April 8th, will have their choice of a $50 prepaid gift card.

A couple of changes you will have noticed since the break.   We have new bike racks at the front of the school.  These bike racks have been placed in a way in which they are visible to the school cameras to ensure the safety of your personal property.  Please respect the property of others.

As well, you will have noticed that we have had our television monitors installed throughout the school.  Soon these will be broadcasting announcements, information on events and even videos about our fine school.   You will also notice that these TV monitors have also been placed in front of the school’s security cameras.  Students are reminded to respect the TVs and keep your hands off of them. Students are responsible for any damages they inflict on the school property.

Grade 8/9 students in Mrs. Davis’ Taste for Travel Option, please bring a computer to your Block 5 Option. Students in Mr. Huedepohl’s IA option should bring a pen or pencil.

Shake Rattle ‘N Roll rehearsal today after school for the prologue and Scene 1.1  If you aren’t sure if you have rehearsal today, check the scene list and schedule on the info board in the 7-9 Common area! If you can’t make it, you MUST let Mrs Refugia know before rehearsal.

Attention senior badminton members. There will be a meeting in the first half of lunch in the DLR room.
