Today is “HATS ON FOR MENTAL HEALTH” day today! You are invited to wear a hat to raise awareness of the importance of good mental health. Snap a photo with your friends. And email it to the school email address at woodhaven@psd.ca. You could get likes on the school’s Insta or FaceBook page? Who knows, you may even end up in the newsletter! Be kind to each other today, be positive and a good role model of celebrating all the different hats people chose to wear today. Let’s have a great day making mental health a priority. Did you know that if you are in the library this week, we have a kindness wall set up on the north wall; please check it out. You will find some sticky notes and an opportunity to leave a message, share a message or take a message! The Wolfpack thanks you for spreading kindness like confetti Junior Badminton county championships start today after school. These games are happening at Woodhaven!!! Today is the girls singles and girls doubles categories. On Wednesday May,4, Thursday May 5,, and Saturday May 7, Woodhaven will be hosting the PCAA Jr. Badminton Championships. We are looking for concession volunteers to help with our parents association fundraising. If you are available to take a shift please let Mr. McLachlan, or yours truly, Mr. Shaw know when you are available to help out. May the 4th be with you…Luke, I am your father. |
