Our school Terry Fox Run is happening this week…it is tomorrow afternoon in block 7 & 8. The goal of our Terry Fox school run is to raise awareness and some funds for cancer research. All students are highly encouraged to bring in a “Toonie for Terry” ...or you can also donate online. There are donation options on your PowerSchool account. Your support helps us all get closer to achieving Terry’s dream of a world without cancer!
The senior teams have their first home game of the season tonight! The Sr. Girls host Broxton Park and the boys host Prescott. Come cheer on the pack!!
Junior B Boys and Junior B girls have practice today after school in the small gym. Make sure you get to the small gym right away so we can get the nets up and get playing as soon as possible!
Mme Davis and Ms Farris are looking for students who are cadets, in Scouts or Girl guides who would be willing to carry a wreath or be flag bearers to honour veterans at our Remembrance Day Ceremony on Nov 7. Students who are interested, please let Ms Farris or Mme. Davis know, and come to a brief meeting in Ms Farris’ room during morning recess this Thursday.
Christian Program Students, as soon as your teacher submits their attendance, please make you way to the small gym for chapel as we will get started right away.
