The Woodhaven Middle School Parent Association will be hosting a concession on Tuesday, May 13 for grade 7, 8, and 9 students during Track and Field Day. We are in need of volunteers to help make the day a success and appreciate your support! There is a Sign Up Genius link below with available shift times.
Hamburgers and cheeseburgers prepared by Dairy Queen are available this year by pre-order only with other items available for purchase on site the day of while quantities last. Cash will be accepted on site. Online ordering will be available until Sunday, May 11 at 8:00pm.
If the track meet is postponed due to weather, students who have pre-ordered will still receive their order on May 13 during the lunch hour.

If you are a parent interested in volunteering and available to coordinate the May 27 concession for the grade 4, 5, 6 track meet, please contact whmspa@gmail.com. All food will be ordered and there will be no food preparation aside from hot dogs. This is always a fun event for our younger kids and we are in need of someone to be present on site that day as a point person to make it happen. Thank you!
