Congratulations to the Senior Boys volleyball team for a great weekend of volleyball. The boys played 7 games in total, winning 4 of them. The boys competed in every set and got stronger as the weekend went on! 

Junior A boys and girls are reminded they have tryouts tonight after school 3:15-4:30pm. All grade 6-7-8 students are invited to tryout for the Junior A teams….yes that is correct, grade 6’s are now invited to the junior A volleyball tryouts!

Happy Birthday Mr. Chan!!! Yes that is right...it is Mr. Chan’s birthday! If you see him today please make sure you sing him “Happy Birthday”!!! Not only is today Mr. Chan’s birthday, but he is also celebrating a huge success over the weekend. Mr. Chan competed in his first ever road bike race. He successfully completed the DV100...that is a 100km bike race! Well done Mr. Chan!

The directed learning Room, or DLR starts tomorrow.  DLR runs after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  DLR is a quiet space for students to catch up on work or have a quiet work space for studying.  While DLR is open to anyone, after a conversation with a parent or guardian, students may be assigned DLR by their teacher for missing work or exams.  As well, teachers may assign DLR for a variety of things including students who are late, cannot respect classroom cell phone procedures, or are not using technology in an appropriate manner.  DLR is in room 134 (the old library and runs from 3:15 to 4:30).  Please see your teacher, Ms. Enders. We are getting ready to run complementary option Courses this week.   So for WolfPack Wellness we’d like to give a big shout out to Mr. Huedepohl for giving up his evenings and weekends for getting the EA lab up and running.  It is beautiful and we all can’t wait for all of you to learn and work in the lab space.
