We are working on a Thursday Schedule

Volleyball Playoffs! Last night was a rough night for our Woodhaven Volleyball teams in their playoff matches. Senior boys lost 3 straight sets to a good Broxton Park team. Senior Girls lost in 5 sets to Greystone. Junior A Girls ended up a few points short in the 3rd and 4th sets last night in their quarter-final game against Greystone. Ms. Butler and Mrs. Stavreski are very proud of the growth, effort, and attitude of the team.

Last night we had our first Fall Ball session and it was fantastic! Our grade 5 & 6 students were fantastic. A big thanks to our grade 7 to 9 helpers and Mr. Peet for helping coach. We can’t wait for the next session, which is Monday after school!

Volleyball Team Pictures are happening on Monday, November 6th. All volleyball players are reminded they need their uniform and shorts for these pictures on Monday!

Today is a Grade 6 day for intramurals during lunch recess. Please ensure you come to the gym right away if you want to play. Any students arriving late will not be permitted in the gym.

Full cast little Mermaid rehearsal TOMORROW from 10-4. Bring $5 for pizza! 

Movember fact of the day: In a deck of cards, the King of Hearts is the only king without a mustache. Does that make Mr. Schock the King of Hearts because he doesn’t have a mustache? Or is this the year Mr. Schock finally grows a mustache for Movember? Our guess is Mr. Schock doesn’t grow a mustache…what do you think? If you see Mr. Schock today, please tell him how good he would look with a mustache!!!
