Good luck to our senior basketball teams as they start the High Park tournament today after school in Stony Plain.

Basketball practices after school today include the Junior B girls and boys in the large gym, and the Junior A boys in the small gym.

Grade 8 and 9 Industrial Arts students- please bring your technology to the IA classroom.

The weather is looking much better today, it looks like we will be going outside for recess, unless of course it is raining.   That said, it is not plus five outside, please dress appropriately.    

 Let’s Talk Day is January 26 and WOODHAVEN School  will be joining with  other schools to help create positive change for mental health. COVID-19 has affected every aspect of our lives, including mental health. When it comes to mental health, it’s important to support ourselves and each other. There are many actions big and small that we can do to improve our own mental health and the lives of people living with mental health issues. Stay tuned to the announcements for a new action each day leading up to Bell Let’s Talk Day. Together, the students at (WOODHAVEN) can join in to help create positive change. Remember that our teachers, counsellors and principals are here to listen and provide you with support.  Next Wednesday, wear BLUE to show your support for positive Mental Health conversations.
