Track & Field Day Concession Grades 4-6

Greetings Parents and Guardians,

The Woodhaven Middle School Parent Association is hosting a concession on Tuesday, May 27 for students in grade 4-6 during Track and Field Day. 

We are in need of parent volunteers to help make the day a success and appreciate your support! There is a Sign Up Genius link below with available shift times. 

Hamburgers and cheeseburgers prepared by Dairy Queen will be delivered around 11:45 a.m. and are available by pre-order only. Other items will be available by pre-order or for purchase on site while quantities last. Both cash and debit will be accepted on site. Online ordering will be available until Saturday, May 24 at 8:00pm. 

If you place an order, please let your child know to come to the “Pre-Order” line for pick up. If you need to set up an account, the access code is “WMSHL”. 

If the track meet is postponed due to rain, burgers will still be delivered on May 27, but all other items ordered will be moved to the rescheduled date.

All funds raised will go to support the school in enhancing student learning.
