Basketball team pictures are happening TODAY at lunch in the small gym. All basketball players are reminded they need to have their full uniform at school today for the team pictures. Please go to the small gym with your uniform on right at 12:05pm so we can get started.
Congratulations to Anita and Neveah in 7B. They built the tallest tower out of paper, tape and aluminum foil in our Structures and Forces unit challenge. It was an amazing 127cm tall!
Senior badminton tryouts start today after school for all grade 7-8-9 students interested in playing. Please get to the large gym as quickly as you can after school so we can set-up and get the party started! Remember Junior tryout will be starting next week.

Did you know that your brain has pathways, similar to the roads we use for vehicles? And just like our Alberta roads, they can either be super fast, efficient highways or poorly constructed with many potholes and bumps. The more you use a pathway in the brain, the stronger, faster, and better built it becomes! That is why practising calming strategies and building your emotion regulation skills are so important - you want to build those pathways like a super highway.
