Happy Tuesday everyone and very a special welcome to the many principals, assistant principals and Parkland School Division leaders who are meeting today in the library. We appreciate all that you do everyday in PSD to ensure that we have the best opportunities to learn and grow as students and individuals. Welcome to Woodhaven, we hope you enjoy your day as part of the pack. 

No practice today for the Junior A Badminton team as the gym is in use after school today.

Spring League basketball continues today after school in the large gym. Today there are games for the boys league! 

There is no Senior badminton practices this week as the gym is being used by another group. We play on Wednesday against Greystone. There will be a short meeting at 12:10 in Mr. Huedepohl’s Grade 7 homeroom today to organize. Please arrive promptly so we can be on our way!

Boys Gr. 7-9 Soccer try-out after school today from 3:15- 4:20 outside on the back field. 

Girls Gr. 6-9 Soccer Try-out after school tomorrow from 3:15- 4:20 outside on the back field.

Remember to try your best to pack a lunch with minimal waste. Let’s see if we can minimize our garbage even for one day!

Grade 5/6 choir students please meet in Miss Farris’ room at this morning recess for a quick meeting

A huge thank you to all our classes who saw “Screenagers” yesterday during our 1st three matinees! You were FANTASTIC audiences and we can’t wait for the rest of the school to see the show tomorrow. The small gym will be in use all day today, as our friends from Greystone’s drama program will be here rehearsing, before our big Showcase tonight! 

A reminder to the cast and crew of Screenagers that we are having lunch in the small gym today. And could Talia, Julia, EMilia, Hailey and Ava B - please pick up their tickets in the office.
